Question: What Martial Arts do you teach?

All Masters Martial Arts Centre is a traditional Kung Fu school that offers Northern Shaolin, Wing Chun and Shaolin White Crane. We also teach Lei Tai/San Da and Chinese Traditional Lion/Dragon Dance.

Question: When can I start attending classes

The school opens 7 days a week to meet everyone’s schedule. You and/or your children can start training today!

Question: What age group do you offer classes for?

We offer classes for children, youth, adults, families and individuals with various special needs. Our youngest students are 5 and we have worked with students in their 60’s. We believe that everyone who has the heart to grow and evolve via martial arts is welcome at our Martial Arts Centre.

Question: How often should I attend classes?

We offer unlimited training opportunities for our students. We encourage our students to attend classes 2-3 times per week for optimal growth. As we are open seven days per week, students have the option to attend additional classes whenever it meets your schedule. Group and private lessons are available.

Question: Can Martial Arts really benefit my child or myself?

At All Masters Martial Arts Centre, we see our students gain in every aspect of their training. It is not uncommon for a student’s confidence and grade level to improve from martial arts training. In addition, it brings us great pride to watch our students’ self-discipline, focus and self-esteem blossom.

Question: Do you have classes for Adults?

All Masters Martial Arts Centre offers classes for Adults. We teach Wing Chun and White Crane. Classes are exciting and lead to better fitness, self-confidence, self-defence applications, and reduced stress levels.

Question: How is Kung Fu different from other Martial Arts?

Kung Fu is one of the oldest martial arts and originally began in China. Many other martial arts have been influenced by Kung Fu’s techniques and philosophy. There are hundreds of different styles of Kung Fu that exist today with their own unique movements and techniques.

Question: Do you have sparring classes?

We have sparring classes, for students who have passed their first level, several times a week. We also offer Lei Tai/San Da classes on other nights and the weekends.

Question: How much is a membership?

Our membership fee is based on individuals’ need and how many classes one wishes to attend per week. We have 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months memberships available. Alternatively, individuals can choose to pay per class. Furthermore, private and group lessons are available. Please contact our school at 905-629-1880 for more accurate information.

Question: How long until I see results?

Individuals will see results based upon the intensity and frequency of their training. Most students who train diligently will begin to see improvements within a few months.

Question: Do I need to wear a uniform?

Once a member chooses to join the program, they are required to purchase a club uniform.

Question: Could Martial Arts influence my child to be too aggressive?

Martial Arts is meant to teach discipline and respect. We teach children core values so that they can learn to believe in themselves and to work cooperatively with others. Aggressive behaviour is discouraged at our club. As always, parents have a large influence in how their child behaves.

Question: What if I’m not sure if I’m physically able to do Martial Arts?

If you have medical concerns, it’s always a good idea to consult your doctor before engaging in any physical activity. Once you do join, you are never compared with anyone else and are only encouraged to achieve your own personal best.

Question: My schedule is unpredictable, how can I fit Martial Arts into my lifestyle?

We recommend 2 classes per week and our schedule allows you to mix your days each week, depending on your schedule. We are open 7 days every week to accommodate individuals’ schedules.

Question: What if I’m not sure about joining a class?

It is advisable to make an appointment to come in and watch a class first to see the different styles taught. After discussing your goals with the Master Instructor, he will be able to help guide your decision about which style you should take. There is no obligation whatsoever.
